I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim when my employees treated people and provided service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to fix the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion price for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its employees on customer support and being good citizens.
