UPDATE #1: I want to upgrade this post. Tim, a Manager, from Stanley phone me this afternoon to let me know he wanted me to become a happy customer. Later, I explained that his support supplier piled all around my bed, and the things underneath my mattress, charged me an outrageous price and that they were running a promotion for servicing a house/yard much larger than mine to get $135, he offered me service for 1/2 of everything I was charged ($485), but would not honor the promotion.
I think Tim felt good about his offer. I obviously didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my workers treated people and supplied service how Stanley had done, I'd have given my services away for free and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE news #2: Another update. . .Tim only called back and said he felt bad about how I had been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It's truly kind check my source of Tim to reconsider. I hope Stanley invests in training its staff on client support and being good citizens.
